It is a big problem for people to loose weight…For me, too…When I leave to eat natural foods, I get more kilos than before..Why?
I found a formule for myself about foods…If I don’t eat bread, I can eat boiled and pounded wheat (bulgur) instead of it..If I don’t eat sugar, cakes, ice-cream; I can eat sun dried apricot, grape etc…Very natural…I drink natural water with a slice of lemon, fresh fruit juice instead of cola…I eat yoghurt with pieces of almonds and sun dried fruits…I only eat meat or fish one day in a week…More salad with olive oil…Also I am walking…Believe me, I eat natural food and loosing weight immediately!
